A sheer number of TV shows are being produced every year. Last year the list had up to 532 series, and that doesn’t even include the zillions of reality shows aired in 2019. This year, when all the outdoor hobbies underwent a global suspension, the only entertainment industry people relatively enjoying is the TV industry.
Though, the TV industry has been having a hard time with plenty of favorite upcoming TV shows being postponed or canceled as production schedules have halted by the Covid-19 pandemic. Yet, there are still many upcoming TV shows that are post-production and due for release in the coming months to keep us entertained.

1. The Umbrella Academy – Season 2

This Gerarad Way’s comic-based Netflix series is about a group of super-powered teens. The story revolves around in 1989, when 43 infants were born from different women who did not seem to be pregnant beforehand. Seven of them received a training to use their powers in Umbrella Academy, while six of them remain alive and reunite to figure out the mysterious death of their father.
Why watch: The series has created quite a stir ever since it landed on the streaming site and became the third most popular Netflix series of 2019. Its last episode ended on a cliffhanger, so it’s no surprise if we are hooked to see what will happen in season 2.
2. The Falcon and the Winter Soldier

The Falcon and the Winter Soldier is an action-packed adventure series that comprises two Marvel superheroes who also played a major role in Captain America: Sam Wilson also known as Falcon, and Bucky Barnes also known as Winter Soldier. The story will follow as both the superheroes together fight against the evil villain, Baron Zemo.

Following Falcon and the Winter Soldier here now comes, WandaVision. This is another one of the highly expected show for the marvel fans to see their favorite movie characters, Wanda Maximoff as known as Scarlet Witch, and Paul Bettany together, spending some time aside from the rest, on the small screen.
Why watch: This show got bumped up on the schedule to 2020, which gives us a feeling that it’s one property Marvel has a lot of faith in. Plus, the characters like Kathryn Hayn and Darcy Lewis are also there, so it’s not wrong to consider this to be a brilliant show.
4. The Boys – Season 2

This show finds its base in the comic books by Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson. Its trailer alone has us sold as the story follows a team of vigilantes are on the mission to lay waste to corrupt superheroes. This show is a complete whirlwind of satirical, cynical humor and gratuitous violence.
Why watch: This action series is a fantastic spin on superhero fiction, which equally measures both humor and horror. As its first season proved to be a huge smash, fans cannot wait a second longer for season 2.
5. Hanna – Season 2

The solid spy thriller, Hanna, finds its roots in the 2011 film of the same name featuring the Oscar-nominated actress.
